About The Coos County Area
Coos County, adjacent to Douglas County to the east and Curry County to the south, is a small county located on the Oregon Coast.
The County is home to Oregon’s largest Dunes, such as The Umpqua Dunes located in the northern part of the County. Being on the coast, Coos offers many beautiful beaches to walk and play along. Some beaches are Cape Arago and Sunset to name a few. Coos County is truly wonderful.

This site was created by two post North Bend High School Graduates. They noticed a need for an easily accessible site for Coos County resources. Both were leading teen voices at the monthly Coastline meetings. All the past and future time needed to create this site has been donated, in the eye to improve the county on which both call their home.
